Has it really been a month?

I can't believe its been a month since I posted last! Franziska has been busy creating the beautiful Waiting For Spring. She also did another collab kit with Ziggle Designs and it is the super cute Forest Friends. Franziska then created the coordinating kit Forest Friends Stickers and Stamps. The previews are below with some layouts I created with the kits. See my gallery at DST for credits.

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! We have snow on the ground and a fire in the woodstove so we are happy. I have had a nice relaxed day scrapping and surfing the web. It has been a while since I posted here! It does get away from me.

Franziska has two new kits out...Marmalade Skies and Vintage Flowers. They are both marvelous with wonderful colors and elements. The alphas are perfect, also. Here are the previews with a few LOs I have done. Please see my gallery at DST for full designer credits.

Winding Up January

Here is another LO using Franziska's beautiful new kit Ocean Cloud. This is a lovely kit with a great combination of colors and elements! I love using it!

Here is Grammie's Garden.

Catching Up

It seems I am catching up both at work and here on this blog. At least here, I am doing somewhat better than I did last year! Anyway...

Franziska Altmann has a wonderful new kit out called Ocean Cloud available at http://www.scrapbookgraphics.com/ . I don't have a preview for it yet but I thought I'd post my first LO using this fun kit. It's called Spring Dreaming and the photos I used needed a very special kit to highlight them!

MLK weekend

Being back at work, I am really enjoying this three day weekend! My creative juices are flowing and I am learning some new tricks with CS3! Anyway, here are some recent LOs. (Please see designer credits in my gallery at DST.)

New LOs Using designz by kristi

Here is the preview for Kristi's new kit "Gentle Frost" plus two LOs I designed.

Project 365 Week 1

Here are the LOs for Week 1. I had no theme (obviously) just took photos of my daily life. I used papers from Franziska's Snowberry kit. Individual photos are in the slideshow at right.

Project 365 Photo Slideshow

It took me awhile but I finally got the slideshow to work with my photos! (See at right) Tomorrow I will update it with all the photos to this date. I will also post a preview of Kristi's new kit "Gentle Frost". Until then...live well.

Recent Layouts

Happy New Year!

It has arrived...a new year! This is going to be a great year I just know it. I have decided to participate in Project 365 which is to take a photo every day. I will post my photos here either on a daily basis or in a weekly LO. Getting behind is a good possibility but my goal is to succeed this year!

I finally figured out how to fix the "large" pictures so I'm feeling better about posting! Here is the last LO I did using primarily Franziska's Snowberry kit.

Christmas Layouts

I know...I am really bad at this blog thing but here I am again! I am now on another creative team! Designz by Kristi has invited me to join her team so I am very honored. Below you will find a few holiday LOs I have created using various kits by Kristi, Vera Lim and Franziska or for a challenge. Please check out my gallery at DigiShopTalk for complete designer credits. http://www.digishoptalk.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=1802

Merry Christmas!!

Photos too large

I've tried twice to change the size of the photos in the previous post. I apologize to anyone who might be viewing my sad blog. LOL!

November!!

OK...I'm really bad at this! I've been pretty busy since my last post but anyway here is a new kit by Franziska Altmann in collaboration with Ziggle Designs. This gorgeous kit is Efflorescence and it is available at http://www.scrapbookgraphics.com/.

Here are two LOs using this beautiful kit.

October!

I love this time of year! Working with children teaches you to appreciate all of the autumnal holidays. They immerse themselves in the wonder of it all!

Speaking of autumnal holidays, Franziska Altmann has collaborated with Studio mgl to create this fantastic Halloween kit named Nightshade. I have already created two LOs with it (see below)!! You can find this kit at http://www.sunshinestudioscraps.com/ and at http://www.scrapbookgraphics.com/ .

Home Sick

Franziska came out with her new kit "Cutie Pie" and it is beautiful as always. It has a wonderful acrylic alphabet, angel wings and is easy to use for both boys and girls! It is especially lovely for babies. Here is the kit and 3 layouts I have created. Franziska's stores are at www.sunshinestudioscraps.com and www.scraporchard.com .

Second Weekend in Sept.

OK...time goes by quickly...but I have managed to do a couple more LOs using Free Spirit by Franziska Altmann and mgl Designs (see previous post). This is a fun kit to use!!

September already?

It is fun to be on Franziska Altmann's creative team. She really is a talented designer and creating LOs using her kits is very easy! Her latest collab kit is with MGL Scraps and it is called Free Spirit. Monica, of MGL Scraps, is also very talented and they have put together some fun papers and elements perfect for creating boy and girl LOs!

Here is a preview of this fantastic kit.

Here is a LO a did using Free Spirit.

Here is one more recent LO but I used Franziska's beautiful Paper Garden kit.

Wow! It's been two weeks!

I guess I'm not very good at this! I did start back to work...sort of an excuse. Anyway here are two LOs I recently created. This first is using Franziska Altmann's new kit Dusk Dew and the second is using Bohemian Rock Candy. Both are available at http://www.sunshinestudioscraps.com/ .

Until next time...

Before the Weekend

I thought I'd post these last two LOs before the weekend. This first one is using a mini kit by Franziska called "Little Critters". Aren't the critters cute?

This next one is for a challenge at Vera Lim's blog this week. Brenainn was such a happy baby...these little photos still make me feel warm inside!

Well, this weekend will be busy with family/guests. We're getting together for a family BBQ to celebrate all the July birthdays. It will be fun!
