April Fool's Day

A new month with Easter just around the corner! Franziska has a new collab kit out called April Showers. She collaborated with the talented Irene Alexeeva and they have created a wonderful kit (see the preview below). I have included two layouts I did.

Franziska also participated in this month's Digi Files 3 with the super cute kit Counting Sheep. It will soon be available at her shop but if you want it now go to the Daily Digi! The layout I did is included below.

Has it really been a month?

I can't believe its been a month since I posted last! Franziska has been busy creating the beautiful Waiting For Spring. She also did another collab kit with Ziggle Designs and it is the super cute Forest Friends. Franziska then created the coordinating kit Forest Friends Stickers and Stamps. Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! We have snow on the ground and a fire in the woodstove so we are happy. I have had a nice relaxed day scrapping and surfing the web. It has been a while since I posted here! It does get away from me.

Franziska has two new kits out...Marmalade Skies and Vintage Flowers. They are both marvelous with wonderful colors and elements. The alphas are perfect, also. Here are the previews with a few LOs I have done. Please see my gallery at DST for full designer credits.

Catching Up

It seems I am catching up both at work and here on this blog. At least here, I am doing somewhat better than I did last year! Anyway...

Franziska Altmann has a wonderful new kit out called Ocean Cloud available at http://www.scrapbookgraphics.com/ . I don't have a preview for it yet but I thought I'd post my first LO using this fun kit. It's called Spring Dreaming and the photos I used needed a very special kit to highlight them!

MLK weekend

Being back at work, I am really enjoying this three day weekend! My creative juices are flowing and I am learning some new tricks with CS3! Anyway, here are some recent LOs. (Please see designer credits in my gallery at DST.)

Project 365 Week 1

Here are the LOs for Week 1. I had no theme (obviously) just took photos of my daily life. I used papers from Franziska's Snowberry kit. Individual photos are in the slideshow at right.

It took me awhile but I finally got the slideshow to work with my photos! (See at right) Tomorrow I will update it with all the photos to this date. I will also post a preview of Kristi's new kit "Gentle Frost". Until then...live well.

Happy New Year!

It has arrived...a new year! This is going to be a great year I just know it. I have decided to participate in Project 365 which is to take a photo every day. I will post my photos here either on a daily basis or in a weekly LO. Getting behind is a good possibility but my goal is to succeed this year!

I finally figured out how to fix the "large" pictures so I'm feeling better about posting! Here is the last LO I did using primarily Franziska's Snowberry kit.

I love this time of year! Working with children teaches you to appreciate all of the autumnal holidays. They immerse themselves in the wonder of it all!

Home Sick

Franziska came out with her new kit "Cutie Pie" and it is beautiful as always. It has a wonderful acrylic alphabet, angel wings and is easy to use for both boys and girls! Second Weekend in Sept.

OK...time goes by quickly...but I have managed to do a couple more LOs using Free Spirit by Franziska Altmann and mgl Designs (see previous post). This is a fun kit to use!!

It is fun to be on Franziska Altmann's creative team. She really is a talented designer and creating LOs using her kits is very easy! Her latest collab kit is with MGL Scraps and it is called Free Spirit. Monica, of MGL Scraps, is also very talented and they have put together some fun papers and elements perfect for creating boy and girl LOs!
